Not to be "cheeky", but the simple answer is that I was born into it and have integrated technology into my everyday life and believe with the right gear and objectives, you can improve your daily journey as well as those around you. There are many components of "technology" and I have learnt so much through out my years and have experienced so many leaps forward and continue to be amazed and hungry for what is in store for the future.

As a young boy, I was introduced and exposed to a variety of technology related ideas and skills. As my parents' careers lead them to the computer industry in Silicon Valley, electronics and computer related technologies were a part of my upbringing and every day life. As an Electrical Engineer, my father would teach me about volt meters, soldering wires as well as tinkering, building and fixing things myself. I would learn, try, fail and succeed in building computers, remote controlled vehicles and installing car and home audio systems. That hands on training and skills would continue to be developed into my hobbies and occupations as well as drive my interest in learning more. I quickly learned that my knowledge and experiences would be not only useful to me, but also a useful source to those seeking inspiration, help, or advice in our technology centric world. I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I started writing about my passions, my thoughts, and curious wonderings about our world. I founded Greg's Life.Tech.Gear with a mission to share aspects of my life and give others a taste of what goes on in my mind, and my journey for improvement as well as to help others that are along for the ride.
